Now What's Wrong with My Clock?

Now what wrong with my clock

We have a digital clock by our bedside that projects the time onto the ceiling.
A couple of weeks ago, early Tuesday morning, I woke up and sat on the edge of the bed and looked up at the ceiling to see what time it was. The time on the ceiling read 95:21. (photo)

I thought my clock was broken! Then I tilted my head and I read 12:56. The clock was fine.

The problem was my head. I wasn’t seeing properly what the clock was trying to tell me, but, when I tilted my head, I could see the correct time. The clock was fine. The problem was my head.

Many people think the Bible is broken – they think it teaches ‘errors’. Even some Christians don’t really believe everything in the Bible, because it conflicts with what they think is correct. But the Bible is fine. The problem is their heads. When our heads are tilted wrong, and filled with selfish, sinful, or just plain ‘wrong’ thinking, then the Bible is going to seem like its upside-down.

The answer is to get our heads tilted in humble submission to God. THEN the Bible will begin to make sense!

Isa 55:8-9  For my thoughts are not your thoughts, neither are your ways my ways, saith the LORD.  For as the heavens are higher than the earth, so are my ways higher than your ways, and my thoughts than your thoughts.
